Founder & Managing Director
Jérôme Inen combines more than twenty years of experience as a professional tennis coach with a background in journalism, teaching, writing and entrepreneurship. He develops sports concepts, builds partnerships and focuses on helping properties make better use of their facilities through practical programmes and innovative solutions. At MOVIVA, Jérôme leads strategy, commercial development, tennis programming and the development of digital services.
Operations Manager
Hugo Metsers brings extensive experience in coaching, acting, directing and organisational leadership. His background in managing creative and educational activities, combined with his experience as a tennis coach, gives him a strong understanding of hospitality, planning and working with people. Within MOVIVA, Hugo contributes to operational coordination, scheduling, administration and the practical organisation of projects.
Communication & Business Development
Gloria Marabolí combines a background in visual arts, public relations and education with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Her experience in working with people from different backgrounds supports MOVIVA's relationship-driven approach. Her role focuses on communication, developing contacts with resorts and clubs, identifying potential partnerships and supporting business development on the Costa del Sol.
