Once the sending domain is verified, the server sends an owner notification through Resend to info@moviva-tennis.com, using your email as the reply-to address. Notification status and the provider message identifier are recorded. No automatic reply is sent to you. If email notification is unavailable, the enquiry remains saved; saving alone does not confirm email delivery. You may also email us directly.

Use of enquiry information: information you send is available to MOVIVA to handle and respond to your enquiry and discuss the requested services. The form requires acknowledgement of its privacy statement before submission and records that acknowledgement with the enquiry. Owner review: confirm the legal basis for enquiry handling, who can access saved enquiries and received emails, any further uses, and the retention and deletion arrangements. Bookings through YouCanBookMe: booking links open an external YouCanBookMe page in a new tab; there is no embedded booking form on this website. Details entered there are handled through that external service, not through the MOVIVA contact form.
